How do I print pages?

Almost all areas of the FleetMentor® service provide the ability to print the content you’re viewing on the page as well as printing the reports you’ve created in the various tools.  Where ever you see the printer icon, you have the ability to print by either clicking the icon itself, or the clicking the "Printer Friendly" link beside the icon.

If the page you want to print has a “Printer Friendly” link in the upper right-hand corner you will first see a “printer friendly page” when you click the link. This page removes the header and sidebar images to give you a clean print copy. Simply use the print option in your browser to then print the page.

We made every attempt to ensure each printed page prints without error, but if your page doesn’t print correctly, you may need to change the print settings within your browser. To do this, simply go to the “Page Setup…” area under the “File” menu.  You may have to alter the left and right margins (Ex., 0.25 inches) or change your layout (portrait/landscape) to fit the content on the page.

What if no print option is available?

If the page does not have a "Printer Friendly" link, you will have to use the print options in your browser to print the page. If you feel this page is something others would want to print, please Contact Us and let us know.
