History of J. J. Keller

Established in 1953, J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.® first opened its doors in Neenah, Wisconsin as a one-man consulting shop. Co-founders John J. "Jack" and Ethel Keller saw an unmet need to provide motor carriers with the products and services they required to run day-to-day operations.

At first alone, and then with a steadily growing number of associates, Jack focused his efforts on offering transporters regulatory help, and also assisted them with warehousing and insurance underwriting services.

From its early days as a one-man shop in downtown Neenah to its current leadership position, Keller has demonstrated dynamic growth. Today, after more than 50 years in the business, J. J. Keller is a publishing and service organization that has grown to over 1,200 associates and serves more than 300,000 customers nationwide, including over 90% of the Fortune® 1000.

Keller is still assisting transporters, but they also provide safety and compliance solutions to many other industries including manufacturing, environmental, distribution, chemical processing, construction, food safety, human resources, mining, and more!
